We aim to provide high-quality products and fair return procedures in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

1. Change of Mind Returns

Customers may return unused products within 7 days of delivery if they change their mind, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included
  • The product is in resalable condition

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable and for the customer’s account.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • DOA issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products will be inspected to confirm the fault.
  • Once confirmed, a replacement, repair, or refund will be issued.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless defective:

  • Opened or used consumables (thermal paste, liquids, pads, etc.)
  • Software, digital products, or license keys
  • Items damaged due to misuse, overclocking, incorrect installation, or incompatible hardware

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@empros.co.za with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our support team will provide return instructions
  3. Items sent without prior approval may be rejected

6. Courier & Damage Claims

  • Customers must inspect packages upon delivery.
  • Any visible courier damage must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Claims reported outside this window may not be accepted.

7. Compatibility & Installation

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility.
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or modification.
