Delivery Policy

Stock Availability
Products listed on our website are generally sourced from suppliers once an order is placed unless explicitly marked as in stock. Prices and availability are updated regularly but are not guaranteed until order confirmation. It is recommended that customers wait for confirmation before making payment.

Lead Times
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided after order confirmation. Custom-built or assembled items may require additional processing time. If a product becomes unavailable, you will be offered an alternative, backorder option, or cancellation.

Payment Terms
We accept payment via EFT or cash deposit only. Orders are processed once proof of payment is received and dispatched once funds clear. Payment must be completed within 48 hours or the order may be cancelled or repriced.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped door-to-door via courier to the street address supplied. Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping fees are calculated based on volumetric or actual weight (whichever is greater), order value, and destination. We do not ship to remote or restricted locations.

Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after payment clearance. Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply from dispatch and may vary for outlying areas. Tracking details will be provided once shipped.

Loss or Damage
All parcels are insured in transit. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it at our discretion. Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery and noted with the courier. Liability transfers once delivery is signed for in good condition.
